Set in the East Midlands and spanning over 2,000 sq ft, HOM Studios is a fully equipped, purpose-built space available for immersive projects, creative work, and uninterrupted hire. Designed to be flexible and self-directed, the studio offers considered lighting, adaptable layouts, and a high level of privacy throughout, allowing guests to use the space in a way that feels right for them.
HOM Studios is an inclusive, adult-only environment that welcomes people of all backgrounds, bodies, and identities. The space is hired privately and used independently, with no supervision or facilitation — giving guests the autonomy to focus, explore, connect, and create without interruption.
All rooms are included in the studio hire, including the Throne Room, Prison Cell, and Medical Room — distinctive, themed spaces designed to support a wide range of concepts, experiences, and styles, while maintaining discretion, comfort, and flexibility.
