We’re based in Mansfield, East Midlands. Private, discreet, and just far enough off the beaten track to keep things deliciously low-key.
🔊 Can I make a lot of noise?
Absolutely. We’re soundproofed, fitted with noise bafflers, and surrounded by people who mind their own business. Just do us a favour—if you’re planning a full performance, maybe reach for a gag. Fire doors closed, curtains drawn, moan responsibly.
🧥 Is HOM Studios discreet?
Yes—and then some. No signage, no foot traffic, and no one peering through the windows. Arrive dressed neutral, leave satisfied. We keep things behind the curtain where they belong.
👥 What’s the maximum capacity?
Up to 10 guests. Standard bookings cover 4, and it’s £20 per extra guest. Planning something extra? Email us—we love a bold idea.
🎉 Can I use HOM Studios for events?
Depends what you’ve got in mind. If it’s legal, safe, and deliciously on-brand—probably yes. Drop us the details and we’ll let you know.
📸 Can I film and take photos?
Yes. That’s what we’re made for. Whether it’s a solo shoot, a group scene, or just capturing the aftermath—we’re ready.
🚬 Can I smoke inside?
No smoking indoors—it’s illegal, it sets off alarms, and it’s just not the vibe. Vaping is fine, just steer clear of detectors and keep it classy.
💳 What does the security deposit cover?
Damage, overstays, or mess you’d rather not talk about. It’s £100 up to 6 people, £250 for 7–10 people, refunded after we’ve checked the space is still standing.
🎥 Are there CCTV cameras inside?
Nope. Your secrets stay safe. External cameras only—for safety and insurance, not for show.
🎒 Can I bring my own gear?
Yes, just don’t trash the place. If it plugs in, glows in the dark, or comes in a suitcase—tell us first.
🗓️ How do I book?
Online, WhatsApp, or email. Book your time, lock it in, and we’ll handle the rest.
📞 What if I need help during my session?
We’re close by. Message us—we’ll get back to you as quickly as we can (unless we’re mid-mop-up).
🚫 Any activity restrictions?
If it’s legal, consensual, and not going to collapse the building—we’re good.
👀 Can I tour the studio first?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer tours at the moment due to how busy the studio is. However, we do have a walkthrough video available on request if you’d like a closer look.
⏰ What are your hours?
24/7. Some like sunrise. Some like 3am. We’re not here to judge.
✨ What extras do you offer?
EV charging, on-site parking, refreshments, and a few surprises. Members get more—we reward loyalty.
🧼 How clean is it?
Spotless. Every surface, every toy, every room—cleaned and reset between bookings. We don’t do sticky.

Yes, just stay within your numbers and give us a heads-up.
💥 What if I break something?
Let us know immediately. Accidents happen—but ghosting us after? Not a cute look.
💸 Do you do discounts?
Yes—for members, repeat guests, and the charming. Ask about our membership packages.
❌ What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancel with 10 days’ notice for a full refund. Miss the window? No refund, but we’ll do our best to reschedule.
🚗 Is there parking?
Yes. Outside the unit or anywhere on Sylvester Street. Look for Unit B3. Want to charge your car while charging your content? We’ve got EV access—just ask.
🥤 Can I bring snacks or drinks?
Absolutely. Just clean up after—this isn’t a motorway services.
💳 Payment options?
Card, bank transfer, Klarna, ClearPay, PayPal. You’ve got options.
💄 Dressing room?
Oh yes. Two huge backlit mirrors, plush seating, glam central. It’s giving prep-and-pose perfection.
💤 Can I book overnight?
Yes—but only with a minimum 10-hour booking. Anything less between 10PM–8AM incurs a £30 call-out fee. This isn’t a hotel—it’s a high-thread-count creative space.
🔞 Do I need to be over 18?
Yes. We will ID you if we need to.
🐾 Pets allowed?
Nope. We love animals, but not in the dungeon.
🎓 Can I run a class or private session?
Yes. Tell us your plan and we’ll let you know if the space suits.
📋 Are there house rules?
Yes, and you’ll get them in your welcome pack. Read them. They’re short, sassy, and save you losing your deposit.

Basic setup—we got you. Need more? Bring your own techie or ask in advance.
🚪 What if I get locked out?
Message us. We’ll get you back in—just don’t go kicking doors.
🎈 Can I decorate?
Yes. Balloons, LED candles, banners—go wild. But no glitter or anything that leaves a mark.
🌐 Wi-Fi?
Yes, and it’s fast. Login info is on the wall inside the studio.
📦 What if I leave something behind?
Tell us quick. We’ll hold onto it short-term, but we’re not a storage unit.
🍷 Drinking or substances?
No illegal substances. Be responsible. If you’re too off your face to clean up, you’re not fit to be here.
♿ Accessibility?
Step-free entry, wide doors. Some gear may not suit everyone—just ask.
🎬 Can I use the studio for commercial shoots?
Yes. Professionals welcome. We can offer lighting, privacy screens, or longer setup times if needed.
🧳 Can I store gear?
Not between sessions, unless pre-arranged. Pack it up and take it home.
📡 Can I livestream?
Yes—just let us know in advance. Rules apply:
• Consent is mandatory.

• Nothing illegal or platform-banned.

📌 Do I have to tag HOM Studios in my posts?
Nope — tagging us isn’t required. We know some content is private. But if your shoot took place here, you cannot tag another studio or venue. That’s not just misleading — it disrespects the space we worked hard to build.
💭 You’re a small studio — why do you care?
Because we’ve built this from scratch. When people tag a different venue after shooting here, it misrepresents our work and undermines the brand. And we don’t play about with that.
🛠 Can I tag brands or partners I’m working with?
Of course. Tag your favourite brands, labels, or collaborators. Just don’t tag a competing venue in anything shot at HOM Studios.
🚫 Can I tag HOM Studios in content taken somewhere else?
No. We take our brand seriously, and if it wasn’t filmed at HOM, please don’t tag us in it. Attribution works both ways.
