Everything You Need Before, During, and After Your Shoot – Without Forgetting the Lube

So, you’ve booked your studio. You’ve got the content plan. You’re ready to serve it on camera.

But wait. Did you actually pack your charger? The lube? That one harness that makes you look like a walking thirst trap?

Whether you’re a solo creator, a duo, or filming group content, having a checklist makes all the difference. Save yourself from chaos and maximise every minute in the studio.

✅ Pre-Booking Checklist

Before you even book, make sure:

  • You’ve chosen a studio that allows adult content (psst — HOM Studios does, obviously)
  • You’ve read the house rules
  • You know how long you’ll realistically need (add buffer time – trust us)
  • You’ve planned your content themes or looks
  • You’ve double-checked location & parking info

🎒 What to Bring With You

Your bag should be packed with:

Tech & Filming Gear:

  • 📱 Phone(s) fully charged (or cameras, if pro setup)
  • 🔋 Chargers / battery packs / spare memory cards
  • 💡 Lighting if you’re bringing extras (HOM has ring lights + more)
  • 🎤 Mic (if filming sound – moans count)

Personal Items:

  • 👕 Outfits (more than one – think outfit changes)
  • 👞 Shoes (even if you plan to take them off… eventually)
  • 🧼 Towel or wipes
  • 💄 Makeup / grooming kit
  • 🧴 Lube, condoms, any toys you’re using
  • 🧻 Cleaning supplies if you like to be extra

Admin:

  • 🧾 Photo ID & consent forms (if filming with others)
  • 📋 Shoot schedule or content plan
  • 🧑‍💻 Social media handles or watermark graphics (for branding in vids)

🧽 During Your Booking

  • Arrive on time (fashionably late = lost filming time)
  • Keep your phone on silent (unless you’re filming with it)
  • Take BTS content for socials — it helps with promos
  • Respect the space and rules — no one likes a messy queen
  • Leave time to clean up at the end!

📤 After You Leave

  • Back up your files immediately
  • Give credit if collaborating
  • Review the space (especially if it’s HOM Studios — we love love)
  • Drop your content while it’s still fresh — ride the momentum!
