Security Deposit
A fully refundable security deposit of £100 is required for bookings of up to 6 people, and £250 for groups of 7 to 10. This covers any potential damage, rule breaches, or bad behaviour—including mess, missing items, or anything that makes our cleaners cry. The deposit is refunded after a post-session inspection, provided everything’s left in good nick.
If you’re hiring extra items or specialist equipment, an additional deposit may be required—we’ll always confirm this with you beforehand.

Late-Night Cleaning Fee
If your booking finishes after 9pm, a £30 cleaning fee will be added. This covers our cleaner’s late-night callout and acts as a well-deserved thank you — we believe in valuing their time, especially outside of standard hours.
Want to skip the fee? Book the full overnight slot (10pm–8am) and we’ll waive it — simple as that.

Cancellations
Cancellations apply as per our T&Cs.

1. Introduction
This Cancellation Policy governs the terms and conditions regarding cancellations of bookings made with HOM Studios. Please read this policy carefully as it outlines your rights and responsibilities when requesting a cancellation.
2. Booking Cancellation
2.1. Clients may cancel their booking(s) subject to the following conditions:

2.2.1. Standard Bookings: For bookings without specific cancellation terms, clients may cancel their reservation up to 48 hours before the scheduled booking start time without incurring any charges.
2.2.2. Special or Custom Bookings: Some bookings may have specific cancellation terms agreed upon at the time of booking. In such cases, the terms agreed upon in writing will apply.
3. Cancellation Request Procedure
3.1. To request a cancellation, clients must notify HOM Studios in writing via email at hello@homstudios.co.uk.
3.2. HOM Studios will acknowledge the cancellation request and provide confirmation of the cancellation via email.
4. Cancellation Charges
4.1. Bookings cancelled up to 10 days before the booking date will receive a full refund. Bookings cancelled between 10 days but not less than 48 hours before can be rescheduled without charge. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours will forfeit the full hire fee. The deposit (if paid) will be refunded.
5. Refunds
5.1. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 3-5 working days from the date of the cancellation request.
6. Changes by HOM Studios
6.1. HOM Studios reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control. In such cases, clients will be notified as soon as possible, and alternative arrangements or a full refund will be offered.
7. Force Majeure
7.1. HOM Studios shall not be liable for any loss, delay, or disruption caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseeable events.

Security Deposit

This isn’t just about mess—it covers the full spectrum: damage, broken rules, bad behaviour, doors left open, alarms set off, or anything that leaves us cleaning up more than just glitter and good vibes.
You’ll get a separate invoice 48 hours before your booking. After your session, we’ll do a quick inspection, and as long as everything’s left as it should be, your deposit will bounce right back to you.
