HOM Studios can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests. The advertised rates apply for up to 4 people; any additional guests will incur a fee of £20 per person.
A security deposit of £100, which is fully refundable, is required for all bookings. Please be aware that additional hireable items will necessitate an extra security deposit.
If you cannot find the time slot you’re looking for, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Please be aware that bookings under 10 hours made during unsociable hours (between 10 PM and 8 AM) will incur a £30 callout fee for the cleaner. This fee ensures the studio is ready for the next booking. Bookings over 10 hours during these hours do not incur this fee. A separate invoice will be issued for the callout fee after your booking, and failure to pay will result in the cancellation of your reservation in line with our cancellation policy.

Cancellations
1. Introduction
This Cancellation Policy governs the terms and conditions regarding cancellations of bookings made with HOM Studios. Please read this policy carefully as it outlines your rights and responsibilities when requesting a cancellation.
2. Booking Cancellation
2.1. Clients may cancel their booking(s) subject to the following conditions:

2.2.1. Standard Bookings: For bookings without specific cancellation terms, clients may cancel their reservation up to 48 hours before the scheduled booking start time without incurring any charges.
2.2.2. Special or Custom Bookings: Some bookings may have specific cancellation terms agreed upon at the time of booking. In such cases, the terms agreed upon in writing will apply.
3. Cancellation Request Procedure
3.1. To request a cancellation, clients must notify HOM Studios in writing via email at hello@homstudios.co.uk.
3.2. HOM Studios will acknowledge the cancellation request and provide confirmation of the cancellation via email.
4. Cancellation Charges
4.1. Bookings cancelled up to 10 days before the booking date will receive a full refund. Bookings cancelled between 10 days but not less than 48 hours before can be rescheduled without charge. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours will forfeit the full hire fee. The deposit (if paid) will be refunded.
5. Refunds
5.1. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 3-5 working days from the date of the cancellation request.
6. Changes by HOM Studios
6.1. HOM Studios reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control. In such cases, clients will be notified as soon as possible, and alternative arrangements or a full refund will be offered.
7. Force Majeure
7.1. HOM Studios shall not be liable for any loss, delay, or disruption caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseeable events.

Security Deposit
We ask for a £100 security deposit for all reservations, and it will be fully refunded if the studio remains in the same condition as when you arrived. This deposit is due 48 hours before your scheduled arrival time, and we will send a separate invoice to cover it. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.
Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of HOM Studios Terms and Conditions
By using HOM Studios services and facilities, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2. Booking and Reservations
2.1. To make a reservation or booking, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your contact details. HOM Studios will contact you via email to confirm your booking and to provide your pin code for entry to the studio.
2.2. Reservations are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive confirmation from HOM Studios.
2.3. Any changes or cancellations to reservations must be made in accordance with our cancellation policy.
2.4. Reservations must be made 5 working days prior to arrival.
3. Payment
3.1. Payment for services must be made in advance or in accordance with the agreed-upon terms.
3.2. HOM Studios reserves the right to change pricing and payment terms at any time, with prior notice.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1. Cancellations must be made within the time frame specified in our cancellation policy to be eligible for a refund.
4.2. HOM Studios reserves the right to retain a portion of the payment or charge a cancellation fee in accordance with our cancellation policy.
5. Use of Facilities
5.1. Users of HOM Studios facilities are responsible for their conduct and must adhere to all house rules and guidelines.
5.2. HOM Studios reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.
6. Security Deposit
6.1. HOM Studios requires a security deposit for all bookings. The deposit will be returned after a satisfactory inspection and compliance with our terms and conditions. The security deposit is required 48 hours prior to your arrival.
6.2. In your welcome pack, you will find a comprehensive list of all the items available at HOM Studios. Upon your arrival at HOM Studios, we kindly request that you carefully review this list to ensure that you can locate all the specified items. If, for any reason, you cannot find an item listed, please contact us immediately at hello@homstudios.co.uk. One of our team members will promptly assist you in confirming the availability of the item. If we do not receive any communication from you, we will assume your agreement with the inventory list as provided in the welcome pack. After your scheduled time slot has concluded, and you have departed the premises, a member of our team will conduct a thorough inventory check to verify the presence of all items listed in the welcome pack. If any items are found to be missing, the cost of replacing these items will be deducted from your security deposit. In the event that the replacement costs exceed the security deposit amount, we will seek reimbursement through other means. Any damages incurred during your stay at HOM Studios must be reported promptly to hello@homstudios.co.uk to prevent potential loss of your security deposit. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio, and any evidence of smoking will result in the forfeiture of the entire security deposit.
7. Liability and Indemnification
7.1. HOM Studios is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings or equipment during your use of our facilities.
7.2. You are responsible for your own activities while in the studio. We are hiring the studio for you to use as an adult-themed photographic and movie studio. We do not accept any responsibility for any personal injury sustained in the studio during your hire or any damage or loss of personal items. By entering the venue, you agree to these terms.
8. Termination of Services
8.1. HOM Studios reserves the right to terminate services and access to facilities at any time for non-compliance with these terms and conditions or for any other reason deemed appropriate.
9. Privacy Policy
9.1. HOM Studios respects your privacy. Please refer to our privacy policy for details on how we handle your personal information.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
10.1. HOM Studios may modify these terms and conditions at any time, with prior notice.
11. Governing Law
11.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
