Extended Sessions Promotion

Due to continued staff holidays and reduced availability, HOM Studios will be operating a separate booking schedule during this period.
Please read the terms below before making a booking.
Offer Details
Selected dates between 25th August and 4th September 2026 are available as 22-hour Extended Sessions for £250.
This includes:
- Up to 4 guests
- Bedroom + Rig Room included
- Additional guests at £15pp (normally £25pp)
- Additional rooms at £20 each (normally £30)
Check-in: 12pm
Check-out: 10am
Guests may come and go as they please during their booking.
Consecutive Days
Additional consecutive Extended Sessions are available for £225 per day.
Consecutive bookings run continuously without interruption.
Validity
This promotion:
- Applies only to the dates listed within the Extended Sessions schedule
- Is subject to availability
- Is available while promotional dates remain unbooked

Restrictions
- One promotional rate per booking
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount code, voucher, membership discount, credit note, or special pricing arrangement
- No additional discounts may be applied to this promotion
- Promotional dates cannot be combined with any other June, August, or September promotional offers
- Subject to the standard guest limits and studio rules
- Additional guests, optional extras, security deposits, and applicable cleaning fees remain payable
- HOM Studios reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the promotion where misuse is suspected
Existing Bookings
This promotion does not apply to existing bookings.
The promotional rate is available only on bookings made during the promotional period and cannot be applied retrospectively.
Guests must not cancel and rebook an existing reservation in order to obtain the promotional rate.
Where HOM Studios believes a booking has been cancelled and recreated solely to obtain this promotion, the promotional pricing may be removed or the booking cancelled.
Should a booking be cancelled, any refund issued will be processed less any non-refundable payment processing fees incurred.

All cancellations and booking amendments remain subject to the standard HOM Studios Terms & Conditions.

All bookings remain subject to the standard HOM Studios Terms & Conditions, including payment terms, security deposits, house rules, conduct expectations, and liability provisions.
HOM Studios reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw, or refuse this promotion at any time where necessary for operational or commercial reasons.
June 2026
For a limited time, HOM Studios is offering the equivalent of one complimentary hour on qualifying bookings made during June 2026.
Please read the terms below before using this promotion.
Offer Details
Guests who make a qualifying booking of 4 hours or more may receive the equivalent of one complimentary hour by using the promotional discount code JUNEHOUR at checkout.
To redeem the offer:
- Select the total number of hours you wish to book, including your complimentary hour.
- Enter the promotional code JUNEHOUR at checkout.
- The discount will be applied automatically.
Examples
- Want 5 hours? Book 5 hours and use the code.
- Want 6 hours? Book 6 hours and use the code.
- Want 8 hours? Book 8 hours and use the code.
Guests must book the full duration they wish to use. HOM Studios will not automatically extend bookings after they have been made.
Validity
This promotion:
- Is valid on new bookings made from 1 June 2026 onwards
- Applies only to bookings taking place during June 2026
- Is subject to availability
- Is available only while the promotional code remains active
Restrictions
- Applies to bookings of 4 hours or more only
- One use per booking
- The promotional code must be applied at the time of booking
- Cannot be applied retrospectively
- Does not apply to bookings made before 1 June 2026
- Does not apply to existing bookings
- Cannot be transferred to another booking
- Cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, refunds, or alternative benefits
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount code, offer, membership discount, voucher, credit note, gift voucher promotion, or special pricing arrangement
- Cannot be combined with the Extended Sessions promotion running between 8th–19th June 2026
- HOM Studios reserves the right to refuse use of the promotion where misuse is suspected
- Any booking found to be using the promotional code incorrectly or fraudulently may have the discount removed. HOM Studios reserves the right to request payment of the outstanding balance or cancel the booking. Where a booking is cancelled, any refund issued will be less any non-refundable payment processing fees.
Booking Duration
The promotion provides a discount equivalent to one complimentary hour.
It does not guarantee availability beyond the hours selected and booked by the guest.
Guests are responsible for selecting and booking the total duration they require, including the complimentary hour, at the time of booking.
Additional time requested after booking remains subject to availability and standard pricing.
Out-of-Hours Charges
The promotion does not waive any applicable charges.
If the booking falls within a period where:
- Out-of-hours cleaning fees
- Additional guest charges
- Room upgrade fees
- Security deposits
- Optional extras
- Any other applicable charges
would normally apply, those charges remain payable in full.
Cancellations & Changes
All cancellations, amendments, transfers, and refunds remain subject to the standard HOM Studios Terms & Conditions.
If a booking made using this promotion is cancelled, any refund will be processed in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy in force at the time of booking.
The promotional benefit cannot be retained, transferred, reissued, or carried forward outside of the original booking.
Abuse of Promotion
Guests must not cancel and rebook existing bookings in an attempt to obtain the promotional discount.
Where HOM Studios believes a booking has been cancelled and recreated solely to obtain the promotion, the discount may be removed, refused, or the booking cancelled.

HOM Studios is offering access to Elite Upgrades for qualifying bookings taking place in May.

Offer Details
Guests who book a session of 5 hours or more can receive access to Elite Upgrades as part of their booking.
Book 5+ hours
→ Receive one Elite Upgrade
Book 8+ hours
→ Receive both Elite Upgrades
To redeem the offer:

To celebrate Easter, HOM Studios is offering a complimentary room upgrade for qualifying bookings during April.
Please read the terms below before using this promotion.
Offer Details
Guests who book a session of 4 hours or more can receive one complimentary room upgrade worth £30.
This offer allows guests to add one additional room to their booking and remove the £30 fee using the promotion code at checkout.
To redeem the offer:
- Make a booking of 4 hours or longer
- Add the room of your choice to your booking
- Enter the code HOMUPGRADE at checkout
The £30 room fee will then be removed automatically.
Eligible Rooms
The promotion can be applied to the following rooms:
- Bedroom / Rig Room
- Throne Room / Prison Cell
- Medical Room
Only one room upgrade per booking is included.
Any additional rooms added to the booking will remain fully chargeable.
