LIMITED AVAILABILITY ROOM HIRE

HOM Studios is, and will always remain, a private-hire studio. Every booking is exclusive. The space is never shared.

Alongside our standard full-studio bookings, we offer limited availability room hire during isolated time blocks created by our system.

This format exists to make controlled use of time that cannot be sold as a full-studio booking, without compromising how the studio operates day to day.

WHAT THIS FORMAT IS

Limited availability room hire provides:

  • Exclusive private hire of individual rooms

  • Only you and your guests in the building

  • No shared access with other parties

  • No services, activities, or performances provided by HOM Studios

This is space hire only.

WHY THIS EXISTS

Full-studio bookings now require extended reset windows to maintain standards across the entire space. As a result, there are occasional isolated time blocks that cannot accommodate a standard booking.

Rather than leaving these blocks unused, we’re trialling a controlled, manual booking format that allows limited access where it fits operationally.

This format does not replace full-studio hire and is not guaranteed to be available.

HOW IT WORKS

  • Availability is limited and not guaranteed

  • Bookings are manual only and arranged by email

  • Times must fit around existing full-studio bookings

  • This option cannot be booked online

  • Availability is shared weekly where applicable

This is a trial service, and we’re monitoring how it coexists alongside our main studio offering.

ROOMS & PRICING (LIMITED AVAILABILITY)

  • Main Studio (Dungeon): £50 per hour

  • Bedroom / Rig Room: +£20
    (cannot be booked on its own and must be added to Main Studio hire)

  • Throne Room: £50 per hour

  • Medical Room: £50 per hour

  • Shower access: £10 (Main Studio bookings only)

Toilet access is always included with any room booking.

Due to the current building layout, the Bedroom / Rig Room cannot currently operate as a standalone booking. If this format proves popular, we’ll assess creating corridor access so it can function independently in future.

WHEN FULL-STUDIO HIRE MAKES MORE SENSE

If you’re booking:

  • multiple rooms

  • longer sessions

  • or want guaranteed availability

Full-studio hire via the website will usually be the most cost-effective and straightforward option.

Limited availability room hire is intended for short, specific use cases only.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Availability depends entirely on existing bookings

  • Further discounts (including memberships) do not apply

  • A security deposit may be required

  • Cancellations with refunds are not possible due to the short-notice nature of these slots

  • A minimum of 4 days’ notice is required to reschedule
