HOM Mail is a trading name of HOM Studios, a subsidiary of LPO Holdings. Welcome to HOM Mail, a discreet parcel collection and forwarding service operated under LPO Holdings. By using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which outline your rights and responsibilities and ensure legal compliance.

2. Privacy & Data Collection

HOM Mail is committed to protecting your privacy while ensuring legal compliance and fraud prevention.

Customers may use an alias or reference name for parcel labeling, but full legal details (name, contact information, billing details) are required on the back end for fraud prevention.
Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (Square), ensuring secure transactions. HOM Mail does not store payment details.
Customer data is stored securely and never shared with third parties unless legally required.
IP addresses may be recorded for fraud prevention purposes.

3. How It Works

Sign up and provide required details – Customers must register and provide accurate contact and payment information.
Use an alias if desired – Parcels can be addressed under a stage name or reference number for discretion.
Notify us of incoming parcels – Customers must email us when a parcel is expected so we can track it.
Choose collection or forwarding – Customers may collect parcels in person or have them forwarded in discreet, unbranded packaging.
Declare package value – This is required for insurance and liability purposes.
HOM Mail handles the rest – Secure storage, repackaging, and shipping are provided with full discretion.

4. Prohibited Items

HOM Mail does not accept or forward:

Illegal goods, including drugs, weapons, or stolen property.
Financial scams or fraudulent items.
Any item that violates UK postal regulations.
Any parcels suspected to contain restricted or hazardous materials. If a package is found to contain prohibited items, it may be reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Fraud Prevention & Compliance

All payments must be made in advance before a parcel is collected or forwarded.
We reserve the right to refuse service if suspicious activity is detected.
Customers must provide full legal details for fraud prevention but may use an alias for discretion.
HOM Mail complies with all UK laws, including anti-money laundering and fraud prevention regulations.
If required by law enforcement, we will cooperate within legal obligations but will not provide customer data unless legally mandated.

6. Storage & Late Fees

Parcels must be collected or forwarded within the free storage period specified in your plan.
Extended storage is available at £1-£2 per day beyond the free period.
Parcels not collected after 30 days will be disposed of or returned to sender where possible.

7. Returns & Refunds

Refunds are only provided if a service cannot be fulfilled by HOM Mail.
Once a parcel is collected or forwarded, refunds are not available.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details; HOM Mail is not liable for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Liability & Disclaimer

HOM Mail is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed parcels due to courier services.
Parcels are not opened or inspected unless required by law.
Customers accept full responsibility for ensuring the legality of their shipments.
HOM Mail is not liable for any consequences arising from the misuse of our service.

9. Business Protection & Legal Compliance

HOM Mail reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time to ensure compliance with UK law and to protect the business.
Any misuse of our services, fraudulent activity, or violations of these terms may result in termination of service without refund.
Customers acknowledge that our services operate within the bounds of UK law and agree to comply with all legal requirements.
