But they are important.
To keep things running smoothly, safely, and fairly for everyone, we’ve had to word things a little more formally here. So please give them a read before you book—because once you’ve clicked “agree” you’re agreeing to all of it.
No surprises. No drama. Just grown-up stuff, written in slightly less exciting language.

General Terms and Conditions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, “HOM Studios” refers to and shall be deemed to mean LPO Holdings Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 15138366). Any reference to “HOM Studios”, “we”, “us”, or “our” within these Terms & Conditions, on our website, or in any related materials is therefore a reference to LPO Holdings Ltd.
1. Acceptance of HOM Studios Terms and Conditions
By using HOM Studios’ services and facilities, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2. Booking and Reservations
2.1. To make a reservation or booking, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your contact details. HOM Studios will contact you via email to confirm your booking and provide your pin code for entry to the studio.
2.2. Reservations are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive confirmation from HOM Studios.
2.3. Any changes or cancellations to reservations must be made in accordance with our cancellation policy.
2.4. Reservations must be made 2 working days prior to arrival.
2.5 To manage bookings, confirmations, and scheduling, HOM Studios uses third-party tools, such as calendar syncing plugins, payment gateways, and automation systems. These may include platforms such as WooCommerce, YITH, Google Calendar, Stripe, or similar.
By making a booking, you acknowledge and accept that certain personal data (such as your name, email, or booking details) may be processed via these secure third-party tools for the sole purpose of fulfilling your reservation and enhancing your customer experience.
We monitor all tools carefully to ensure data privacy and compliance. If you believe you’ve received an incorrect or unauthorised notification or calendar invite, please contact us immediately.
3. Payment
3.1. Payment for services must be made in advance or in accordance with the agreed-upon terms.
3.2. HOM Studios reserves the right to change pricing and payment terms at any time, without prior notice.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1. All bookings are subject to the following cancellation and refund terms, which you agree to upon confirming a reservation with HOM Studios.
4.2. Standard Bookings
– Cancellations made 10 days or more before the booking date: Full refund of the hire fee.
– Cancellations made between 10 days and 48 hours before the booking: One-time reschedule permitted, no refund.
– Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking start time: Full hire fee is forfeited, but the security deposit (if paid) will be refunded, provided no damage or rule violations occurred.
4.3. Special or Custom Bookings
Bookings made under special arrangements (overnight, discounted, collaboration shoots, etc.) may have their own cancellation terms agreed to in writing. Those specific terms override this standard policy.
4.4. Cancellation Procedure
– All cancellations must be sent in writing to hello@homstudios.co.uk.
– Bookings are not considered cancelled until we confirm in writing. No-shows or last-minute emails will still be charged.
– We aim to respond within 24 hours. If you don’t hear from us, chase us.
4.5. Refund Timeline & Method
– Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 3–5 working days of your cancellation being confirmed.
– Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Payment platform or banking fees are non-refundable.
4.6. HOM Studios-Initiated Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings in rare instances where circumstances beyond our control prevent safe or functional use of the studio. These may include:
– Power outages or system failures
– Storm, flooding, or structural issues
– Staff illness or emergencies
– Legal or local authority restrictions
In these cases, we will offer either a reschedule or a full refund of the hire fee. We are not liable for travel, accommodation, or third-party costs incurred.
4.7. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any disruption, delay, or cancellation caused by events outside our reasonable control, including (but not limited to):
– Natural disasters (e.g. storms, flooding)
– Government restrictions, public health orders, or legal changes
– Accidents, civil unrest, transport issues, strikes, or other uncontrollable situations
If the universe is against us, we’ll try to work with you—but we can’t absorb external losses.
4.8. No-Show Policy
Failing to attend your booking without prior notice is classed as a no-show. No-shows will forfeit the entire booking fee and deposit. Rebooking privileges may also be suspended.
4.9. Emergency Requests
We understand things go wrong. If your cancellation is due to a genuine emergency (medical or otherwise), email us ASAP. We may request evidence before applying goodwill exceptions.
Access Code Support:
4.10.1 In the event that the provided access code fails to grant entry, customers are encouraged to promptly reach out to our customer support team via email or WhatsApp.
4.10.2 Our team is committed to providing swift assistance and will respond promptly to all inquiries regarding access code issues.
4.10.3 Upon contact, customers will have the option to receive a replacement access code, a physical key, or assistance with entry via buzzer systems.
4.10.4 Failure to notify us of access code issues may result in the inability to process a refund. It is essential for customers to promptly reach out for assistance to ensure timely resolution and eligibility for refunds.
4.10.5 Please note that we are not responsible for any fees or costs incurred by the customer, including but not limited to travel expenses, accommodation costs, or any other related charges. It is the responsibility of the customer to make any necessary arrangements and bear any associated expenses resulting from the rescheduling.
4.10.6 Access codes are sent automatically ahead of your booking. If you have not received your access code by the time stated in your booking confirmation, it is your responsibility to contact us before travelling. We cannot be held responsible for missed bookings or loss of funds where no attempt was made to chase or report missing access details prior to arrival.
5. Use of Facilities
5.1. Users of HOM Studios’ facilities are responsible for their conduct.
5.2. HOM Studios reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.
5.3. The lead booker and any accompanying guests must not own, operate, or be directly affiliated with any business that is in direct competition with HOM Studios. This includes owning or operating a dungeon, studio, or similar venue within a 100-mile radius. Competitors wishing to use the space for genuine, pre-approved purposes must seek prior written consent from HOM Studios and sign a disclaimer agreeing not to replicate or imitate any unique elements of the studio.
Violation of this clause will constitute a breach of contract and may result in immediate termination of access, forfeiture of deposit, and potential legal action for damages, including but not limited to claims of unfair competition or misappropriation of trade secrets.
5.4. All items, fixtures, furniture, and equipment at HOM Studios are provided strictly as props for creative, performative, and content production purposes.
No items within the studio are medical grade or safety-certified for real-world clinical, physical, or high-impact use. Guests use all items entirely at their own risk.
HOM Studios accepts no liability for any injury, accident, or death resulting from the misuse or unsupervised use of any studio property.
5.4. House Rules
By booking with HOM Studios, you agree to abide by our House Rules. These are clearly displayed in the studio and available online at the link provided. Failure to follow these rules may result in termination of your booking, forfeiture of your security deposit, and/or permanent blacklisting from future use of HOM Studios.
5.5. Age Restriction:
5.5.1. Access to HOM Studios is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
5.5.2. By making a booking or using our facilities, you confirm that you are 18 years or older. Proof of age may be required upon entry.
5.5.3. HOM Studios reserves the right to deny access or terminate services for any individual found to be under the age of 18.
6. Security Deposit
6.1. Security Deposit Requirement
A security deposit is required to secure and confirm your booking. This will be refunded after your visit, provided everything checks out and our terms have been respected.
As an alternative to paying the deposit upfront, guests can choose to set up a Direct Debit mandate. This authorises HOM Studios to charge for any damages, misconduct (such as leaving doors open, triggering the fire alarm, or breaching house rules), missing items, or used consumables. No money is taken in advance, but by setting up the Direct Debit, you agree to potential charges if issues arise after your booking.
Inventory Check:
An inventory checklist is provided both on-site and online. Guests are required to conduct a quick check upon arrival and notify us immediately if any item appears to be missing or damaged. This must be reported via WhatsApp or email before using the studio.
If we do not hear from you within the first 30 minutes of your booking, we will assume all items were present and correct on arrival. No claims for missing items will be accepted after this point.
HOM Studios reserves the right to maintain or cancel the Direct Debit mandate at our discretion or upon your request, taking into account any outstanding charges, pending claims, or future bookings.
We also reserve the right to retain all or part of the security deposit in the event of:
– Breach of house rules or T&Cs
– Evidence of smoking, damage, excessive mess, or undeclared guests
– Behaviour deemed abusive, unsafe, or disruptive
– Any failure to leave the space in the agreed condition
Determinations are made at our sole discretion and are final. Invoices may be issued for damages or costs that exceed the deposit amount.
6.2. Payment Deadline
The security deposit (or Direct Debit mandate setup) must be completed at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start of the booking.
6.3. Forfeiture of Booking
If the security deposit is not received, or the Direct Debit mandate is not set up within the specified timeframe, the booking will be considered null and void.
In such cases, the entire booking will be forfeited, and you will not be entitled to any refund.
6.4. Cancellation Policy
Failure to submit the security deposit or authorise a Direct Debit mandate within the stipulated timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
No exceptions or extensions will be granted beyond the 48-hour deadline.
6.5. Refund Policy
In the event of a forfeiture due to non-payment of the security deposit, you will not be eligible for any refund or credit.
If no deductions are required, security deposit refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the final inspection.
For bookings secured via Direct Debit, no refund is applicable, as no upfront payment is taken. Any charges for damages or consumables will be invoiced and collected via the authorised Direct Debit.
6.6. Payment Methods
Security deposits may be paid via bank transfer, card payment, or Direct Debit mandate.
Customers opting for Direct Debit will receive a mandate request via GoCardless, which must be authorised before the booking is confirmed.
By setting up a Direct Debit, you agree that HOM Studios may charge the account for any unpaid fees, damages, or consumables used during the booking.
6.7. Consumables & Additional Charges
Any consumables, drinks, gifts, or other items available for purchase at HOM Studios will be recorded and charged via the security deposit or Direct Debit mandate if used.
You will receive an invoice detailing any charges before payment is collected.
If the Direct Debit payment fails, the outstanding amount must be settled within 7 days via an alternative method.
Unpaid balances beyond 7 days may be referred to a debt collection agency or legal proceedings.
6.8. Communication and Reminders
It is your responsibility to ensure the security deposit is paid or the Direct Debit mandate is authorised within the required timeframe.
We may send payment reminders, but non-receipt of such reminders does not exempt you from the obligation to pay.
6.9. Agreement Acceptance
By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this security deposit policy.
If you opt for Direct Debit, you acknowledge that charges may be deducted from your account in the event of damages, missing items, or consumable usage.
6.10. Legal Enforcement & Disputes
If a Direct Debit charge is disputed and later found to be valid, you agree to settle the outstanding amount within 7 days.
HOM Studios reserves the right to take legal action for unpaid charges, including recovery via Money Claim Online (MCOL) or third-party debt collection.
7. Liability and Indemnification
7.1. HOM Studios is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings or equipment during your use of our facilities.
7.2. You are responsible for your own activities while in the studio. We are hiring the studio for you to use as an adult-themed photographic and movie studio. We do not accept any responsibility for any personal injury sustained in the studio during your hire or any damage or loss of personal items. By entering the venue, you agree to these terms.
7.3. Liability for Injuries: HOM Studios is not responsible for any injuries sustained by individuals inside the studio that are beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, injuries resulting from the misuse of equipment, failure to follow safety guidelines, or any actions taken by individuals that are not aligned with our operational protocols.
7.4. Safety and Equipment Maintenance: We conduct regular inspections of all anchor points, equipment, and facilities to ensure they are secure and in good working condition. However, despite our diligent efforts, we cannot guarantee against unforeseen incidents or user-related errors.
7.5. Responsibility for Actions: HOM Studios does not assume responsibility for any injuries or damages caused by the actions of individuals within the studio, particularly those resulting from foul play, negligence, or disregard for safety measures.
7.6. Use at Own Risk: By using our facilities, all clients and visitors acknowledge that they do so at their own risk. It is the responsibility of each individual to ensure they are using equipment safely and appropriately.
8. Termination of Services
8.1. HOM Studios reserves the right to terminate services and access to facilities at any time for non-compliance with these terms and conditions or for any other reason deemed appropriate.
9. Privacy Policy
9.1. HOM Studios respects your privacy. Please refer to our privacy policy for details on how we handle your personal information.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
10.1. HOM Studios may modify these terms and conditions at any time, with prior notice.
11. Governing Law
11.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English law.

13. Equipment Usage
13.1. Please be advised that HOM Studios takes the utmost care in maintaining a clean and hygienic environment for our guests. We would like to inform you that while we make every effort to ensure the cleanliness of all equipment provided at our studio, we cannot guarantee the absence of contaminants. By using and sharing equipment at HOM Studios, you acknowledge and agree that:
13.2. HOM Studios is not responsible for any potential contamination that may occur during the usage of equipment.
13.3. We undertake the diligent practice of washing and sanitising all used equipment after each booking to minimise the risk of contamination.
13.4. It is the responsibility of the users to exercise caution and personal discretion when utilising shared equipment, and to adhere to any guidelines provided by HOM Studios.
13.5. Users are encouraged to inform HOM Studios immediately if they notice any issues or concerns regarding the cleanliness of the equipment.
13.6. HOM Studios disclaims any liability for any adverse effects or consequences resulting from the use of equipment provided at the studio.
13.7. By using our studio facilities and equipment, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless HOM Studios, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of or related to the use of equipment at our studio.
13.8. HOM Studios offers cleaning equipment for your use.
14. Out-of-Hours Booking Fee
Bookings scheduled for fewer than ten (10) hours that fall between the hours of 22:00 and 08:00 (GMT) will incur an additional cleaning fee of £30. This fee will be invoiced separately and must be paid prior to access being granted.
- Overstay Policy
Clients must vacate the studio promptly at the end of their scheduled booking. A grace period of five (5) minutes is permitted; thereafter, overstay charges will accrue at the studio’s standard hourly rate which will be deducted fro your security deposit. Repeated breaches of this policy may result in the refusal of future bookings at the discretion of the studio.
- Livestreaming & Commercial Use
Any form of livestreaming, professional filming, or commercial content creation must be disclosed at the time of booking. HOM Studios reserves the right to cancel or terminate bookings that involve undisclosed commercial use or breach platform guidelines.
- Behaviour and Conduct
17.1 All clients and their guests are expected to behave in a respectful, lawful, and responsible manner. HOM Studios reserves the right to refuse service or terminate any booking without refund in the event of abusive behaviour, illegal activities, or actions deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
17.2 HOM Studios will not tolerate harassment, slander, or defamatory content directed at its staff, business, or reputation.
Any attempt to publicly malign HOM Studios with false or misleading claims may result in legal action, including but not limited to defamation proceedings. We reserve the right to publish clarifying statements and take reasonable action to protect our business.
- Lost Property
HOM Studios will retain any items left behind for a maximum of fourteen (14) days. After this period, unclaimed items will be disposed of. HOM Studios accepts no responsibility for any personal belongings left on the premises.
- Additional Guests
Bookings include access for up to four (4) individuals. A surcharge of £20 per person applies for additional guests, up to a maximum of ten (10) individuals per session. All attendees must be declared in advance. HOM Studios reserves the right to charge if undeclared guests are present.
20. CCTV & Surveillance Policy
20.1. HOM Studios uses external CCTV for security and reputation management. Footage is securely stored and monitored for incidents involving rule violations, damage, or unauthorised activity.
20.2. By entering the premises, you consent to being recorded in communal and external areas. Internal studio rooms are private and are not monitored.
20.3. CCTV footage may be reviewed and shared with legal professionals, insurance providers, or law enforcement where appropriate.
20.4. HOM Studios reserves the right to use CCTV footage as evidence in any dispute, damage claim, or breach of terms.
20.5. CCTV footage is retained for a minimum of 30 days unless required for investigation, legal, or insurance purposes.
20.6. Footage will never be used for promotional or public-facing content without your explicit, written consent.
Additional Legal Disclaimers & Guest Responsibilities
21. Consent & Personal Responsibility
By entering HOM Studios, all guests confirm that they are over 18 and that all activities undertaken are fully consensual between adults. HOM Studios is not responsible for personal conduct, disputes, or injuries resulting from guest behaviour or consensual activity on the premises. Guests are responsible for ensuring their own mental and physical wellbeing at all times.
21.2. Safe Play Policy
HOM Studios does not facilitate, supervise, or endorse any specific activities. All play must be safe, sane, and consensual. The following are strictly prohibited and may result in termination of booking and permanent ban:
- Non-consensual activity
- Breathplay or choking without prior approval
- Activities resulting in blood, permanent injury, or serious medical risk
- Any act that violates UK law
21.3. Filming, Photography & Legal Compliance
Guests are solely responsible for securing legal releases, consent forms, and age verification for any content filmed or photographed on-site. HOM Studios does not take responsibility for the use or distribution of content recorded on the premises. You are legally responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and fully documented.
21.4. Misuse of Studio Fixtures or Infrastructure
Guests must not tamper with electrics, plumbing, lighting rigs, installed furnishings, or building infrastructure. Unauthorised modifications or fittings will be treated as damage and invoiced accordingly.
21.5. Third-Party Access & Subletting
All bookings are non-transferable. The named guest must be present throughout the booking unless agreed in writing. Reselling, subletting, or allowing unapproved third parties into the studio is prohibited and will result in termination without refund.
21.6. Contractor Access
Maintenance contractors may access the studio outside of booked hours. HOM Studios will never allow third-party entry during an active booking unless in the case of emergency or safety concern. Your privacy and session integrity remain a priority at all times.
21.7. Noise, Neighbour Relations & External Conduct
Guests must respect the shared premises and avoid any disruption to neighbouring businesses. Loitering, visible fetishwear outside the studio, excessive outdoor noise, or smoking near entrances is not permitted. Violations may result in withheld deposits, refusal of future bookings, and potential legal follow-up in severe cases.
21.8 Content Attribution
21.8.1 All content captured at HOM Studios must be accurately attributed. Clients must not credit, tag, or imply that content was captured at any other venue, studio, or business.
21.8.2 While tagging HOM Studios is not mandatory, misrepresentation of the venue — including tagging competitors — is a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
21.8.3 You may tag brands or collaborators (e.g. sex toy manufacturers, fashion labels, creative partners). However, tagging another studio or venue in content created at HOM Studios is strictly prohibited.
21.8.4 Similarly, HOM Studios must not be tagged in content created at other venues. We expect our brand to be represented truthfully and not used to mislead or boost unrelated content.
21.8.5 HOM Studios reserves the right to refuse future bookings, retain security deposits, and issue public corrections if this clause is breached.
22. Use of Medical Room
22.1. The medical room at HOM Studios is designed exclusively for staged content, performance, and fantasy play. It is not a clinical environment. No part of the space, including its furniture, props, or accessories, is to be interpreted as medical-grade or safety-tested for actual treatment, restraint, or health-related procedures.
22.2. Absolutely nothing in the room is real or intended for real use. All pills, tablets, bottles, tools, medical gear, and “consumables” are props. Do not ingest, inject, apply, or otherwise use any studio items on or in your body. HOM Studios accepts zero liability for illness, injury, allergic reaction, infection, or death resulting from ignoring this rule.
22.3. The medical bed, trolleys, furniture, and walls must not be modified, tampered with, or used to support bondage, suspension, or extreme physical strain. No items may be tied to, hung from, drilled into, or otherwise fastened to any part of the room or furniture.
22.4. Any damage, breakage, or misuse — including bending, warping, or misapplying weight or pressure to any surface — will result in charges, immediate ban, and potential legal action for damage to property.
22.5. Guests are entirely responsible for their own safety, mental and physical wellbeing, and choices while using this space. This includes but is not limited to:
- Any items you bring in, such as toys, accessories, medical equipment, clothing, restraints, or substances.
- Any activities undertaken, whether solo or with others — including edge play, roleplay, impact play, or bodily exploration.
- Any failure to obtain informed, active, and ongoing consent between all participants.
22.6. HOM Studios has no duty of care beyond providing a clean space with working lighting and furniture designed for visual effect only. We do not monitor sessions, provide supervision, or ensure guest safety. Use of the space is entirely at your own risk.
22.7. Recording content in this room without the explicit, informed consent of all parties is strictly forbidden. Any illegal recording, hidden camera use, or non-consensual capture will be met with a lifetime ban and legal escalation.
22.8. Guests must not bring or consume any illegal substances or engage in real medical procedures while on the premises. HOM Studios is not liable for any incident involving intoxication, unconsciousness, mental distress, or injury caused by unsafe or unlawful behaviour.
22.9. By entering or using the medical room, you confirm that:
You release HOM Studios and its owners from all liability, including but not limited to injury, death, emotional trauma, or legal consequences arising from your use of the space
You understand its theatrical purpose
You accept full responsibility for your actions
Gift Card Terms & Conditions
- Validity and Expiration:
- Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance will be void after the expiration date.
- Redemption:
- Gift cards can be redeemed for services and bookings at HOM Studios. They can be used online or in-person. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
- Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable:
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are also non-transferable and must be used by the individual to whom they were issued.
- Partial Redemption & Balance:
- If the total value of your booking exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another payment method. If the booking value is less than the gift card balance, the remaining balance can be used for future bookings within the validity period.
- Lost or Stolen Cards:
- HOM Studios is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.
- Discounts and Promotions:
- Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless specifically stated otherwise.
- Limitations:
- Gift cards cannot be used during blackout periods or on certain restricted dates. Please check with us for availability.
- Modifications and Updates:
- HOM Studios reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the gift card at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website or directly to the cardholder.
- Additional Information:

Membership Terms & Conditions
- Membership Tiers:
- HOM Studios offers three membership tiers: Trailblazer, Adventurer, and Explorer. Each tier comes with its own set of benefits, as detailed on our website. By purchasing a membership, you agree to the specific benefits and limitations of the tier selected.
- Membership Duration:
- All memberships are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Memberships will automatically expire at the end of this period unless renewed.
- Non-Refundable:
- Memberships are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once purchased, no refunds will be issued, even if the membership is not used or partially used during the membership period.
- Non-Transferable:
- Memberships are non-transferable and must be used by the individual to whom they were issued. Membership benefits cannot be shared or transferred to another person.
- Membership Benefits:
- The benefits associated with each membership tier are subject to change. HOM Studios reserves the right to modify, alter, or terminate specific benefits at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes to the benefits via email or through updates on our website. Complimentary drinks are limited to a maximum of 3 per visit.
- Use of Discounts:
- Membership discounts apply only to eligible bookings and services at HOM Studios. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts unless specifically stated otherwise.
- Access to Additional Rooms:
- Depending on your membership tier, you may receive discounts on additional room bookings (e.g., Medical Room, Worship/Throne Room). These discounts are subject to room availability and are only applicable during your membership period.
- Privacy and Security:
- HOM Studios respects your privacy. Personal information collected during the membership sign-up process will be used solely for the administration of your membership and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
- Membership Renewal:
- Memberships do not automatically renew. You will be notified prior to the expiration of your membership, and you will need to manually renew to continue enjoying your membership benefits.
- Termination of Membership:
- HOM Studios reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership at any time if you violate any of the T&Cs or engage in behavior deemed inappropriate or harmful to the studio or its members. No refunds will be issued in the event of termination due to misconduct.
- Changes to Terms & Conditions:
- HOM Studios reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website or directly to members through email. Continued use of the membership after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

HOM Mail – Terms & Conditions
- Introduction – HOM Mail is a discreet parcel collection and forwarding service operated by HOM Studios under LPO Holdings.
- Privacy & Data Collection – Aliases are allowed for labels, but legal details are required for fraud prevention. Data is securely stored and never shared unless legally required.
- How It Works – Customers must register, provide ID, notify of parcels, and choose between collection or forwarding.
- Prohibited Items – No illegal, fraudulent, hazardous, or restricted goods. Violations may be reported.
- Fraud Prevention & Compliance – Full legal details and pre-payment required. HOM Mail complies with UK laws and may cooperate with authorities if required.
- Storage & Late Fees – Storage beyond the free period is charged at £1–£2/day. Uncollected parcels after 30 days may be disposed of.
- Returns & Refunds – Refunds only if HOM Mail fails to deliver the service. No refunds once a parcel is sent or collected.
- Liability & Disclaimer – HOM Mail is not liable for lost or delayed parcels. Customers are responsible for the legality of their items.
- Business Protection – HOM Mail may refuse service or update terms as needed for legal compliance.

Content Creation & Livestream Policy
By using HOM Studios for content creation, photography, filming, or livestreaming, you agree to the following conditions:
- Consent
All individuals captured in any form of media must have given explicit, informed, and documented consent. Filming or photographing individuals without their knowledge or permission is strictly prohibited. - Respect for Privacy
Other studio users or third parties must not be included in any content without their express written consent. - Legality & Platform Compliance
Content must comply with all relevant UK laws and, where applicable, the terms of service of the platform(s) used for distribution (e.g. OnlyFans, Twitter, etc). HOM Studios will not be held liable for any breach of laws or policies by the hirer. - Advance Notification
All livestreaming or commercial filming activities must be disclosed to HOM Studios prior to the booking. This includes use of professional equipment, multi-person crews, or live broadcasting setups. - Use of Equipment and Property
The studio, furnishings, and equipment must be used responsibly. No fixtures, fittings, or permanent surfaces may be altered or used as rigging points without written permission. The cost of repairs or damage caused by misuse will be deducted from the hirer’s security deposit. - Right to Refuse Use
HOM Studios reserves the right to refuse or terminate any booking where the above conditions are breached or where content is deemed unsafe, unlawful, or harmful to our reputation or community.
